Hey! I said, for girls only. Go away, mister!
Anyway, ladies, here's something I wanted to share with you, something I've made for myself a couple of years ago and have been using happily ever since and which I'm now putting up here so you can all use it, too.
It's a menstruation calendar which you normally only get when you see a gynaecologist. I haven't seen one since I was twelve, but still needed the calendar. So I made one myself.
To get one for yourself just right click and save the image or right click this link and "save target as", then just print it as often as you need it.
And this is how it works:
The numbers indicate the days of the month. The first three columns next to them are meant for keeping track of the bleeding, when and how much. Use them like this:
[-][-][-] strong bleeding
[-][-] medium bleeding
[-] light bleeding
[.] you're not sure if it's blood or not, but wanna put something anyway.
In the fourth column you can keep track of how many days have passed since your last period (very useful if you're not on the pill), or of any medication you might be taking like the pill or pain relievers, or use it to make notes of any complications like headaches, cramps and so on. And lastly, below each month's column there's a field where you can keep track of your weight in either kilogrammes or pounds. Oh, and in the line under the months you have room to put the year.
Now that that's settled, fold the calendar and put it in your wallet or wherever you wanna keep it. Have fun, haha.
